It Doesn’t Matter What THEY Think!

Sometimes in life we can hold ourselves back from achieving so much more out of life, for the simple reason that we are worried about what other people may think about us! Its crazy but true!

We cannot let other people’s opinions hold us back, no matter what we do in life people are going to judge you, so you may as well go ahead and do what ever it is that you want to do! You may embarrass yourself, some people may laugh at you but if it all works out then those same people will soon change their tune and probably start to congratulate you. Either way, whether it is love or hate towards you it wont last for long and you’ll soon get over the situation. So that is why, it is always good to try!!

Is there anything that has been on your mind recently that you really want to do but have been too scared to do, in fear of what people may think of you??

The best water bottle!

Well I don’t know if it is THE BEST but I do know that I love mine lol I ordered this from Amazon and I love it!

On one side it has a list of positive words of encouragement to get you through your day;

And on the other side it has your daily goal of how much you should be drinking and by what time you should drink it by;

I love it! I take it with me on my commute to work, I drink it through out my day in the office and have it on my bedside table for throughout the night too! I have been drinking so much more water than I normally do because of this!!

Today I added cucumber and mint to my sparkling water;

My children have their new bottles too, in different colours as they loved my bottle so much that they asked me to order them theirs and so I am pleased that it has encouraged them to drink more water, especially with summer on its way. So many people in my office have decided to get themselves one too as I talked about mine so much!
