We went to Legoland!!
And we had lots of fun!
You know when your watching your kids driving around in lego cars, on a fun looking road with lego tree’s and characters all around them and in that moment you wish that you could be a kid again so that you can join in too? Yep, that is exactly what happened to me!
Legoland Discovery Centre is a fun indoor playground for kids with a couple of rides to go on and lots of activity sections to participate in that provides a jam packed, fun day for kids, allowing the parents to either join in and watch or relax with a coffee in the cafe.
We arrived early at 11am and at that time it was fairly quiet however that soon changed by the afternoon, when it got a lot busier, apart from having to que for certain rides and activities for a little longer, it didn’t seem to matter though.
My favourite part:
Had to be the 4D cinema experience!! We watched a 15 minute long, Lego Nexo Knights movie. It had flashing lights and sound effects, with splashing water that sprinkled all over us and crazy lego peices feeling like they were coming out of the screen and about to hit us! We laughed so much and thoroughly enjoyed it!
How much did we pay:
- For an adult ticket we paid £12.92 each
- For a child ticket we paid £9.58 each
- I paid online (as it cost slightly more to pay on the door) and I selected the 11am arrival option (from the selected 15 minute slots)
Here’s a few more pics of me, my mum and my kids enjoying our time at Legoland;
