Oxygen FreeJumping

Family days out, Mummy life

Last Sunday we had a play date at Oxygen FreeJumping in Croydon and had a great time!

We booked online and paid around £12.50 each and it cost £2 for their socks! You have to wear special jumping socks when attending any of these trampoline parks, fortunately my two have been to a trampoline centre before with my Mum and my sister so they already had their socks from then, so just myself and my friends daughter bought some that day!

We had to arrive half hour early before our scheduled slot at 3pm to check in and get our wrist bands and then 10 minutes before our slot we entered into a room to watch a quick introduction video that explains some ground rules before you have an hour out in the main trampoline area!

It was a fun way to spend our Sunday and I recommend it if your looking for a fun morning or afternoon out, especially on a not-so-sunny spring/summer day that may occur during our ‘summer time’ as sometimes you can make outdoor plans only to find that it is cold on the actually day, oh how unpredictable our summer is over here in the UK!

I think I enjoyed it just as much as the kids did!!

Have you been before? Which one did you go to and what did you think of it?

London Sea Life Aquarium Review

Lifestyle, London, Mummy life, Review

Last weekend my friend Justyna and I had a play date at the London Sea Life Aquarium centre with my Leshay and Jaray and her daughter Matylda and we had such a lovely time!

I must admit though that although I did enjoy it, I found that whilst there, it didn’t quite have the ‘wow’ factor that I was expecting!

I was walking through with anticipation waiting for something amazing to happen and I found that it didn’t happen.. I guess I thought that there would have been huge tunnels for us to walk through with exotic fishes swimming around and over us but there wasn’t apart from one small tunnel, I don’t know.. Maybe it was just me.. However the kids absolutely LOVED it! Which is definitely the main thing!!

They all had a great time and especially loved the penguins and the sharks!!

Price:
I paid £50.70 for myself, Leshay and Jaray via the London Aquarium website, we booked it together online (myself and my friend) a few days before we went and altogether for the 5 of us it came to £80.80

  • A child ticket (age 3-15) is £15.60 each
  • An adult ticket (age 16+) is £19.50 each

We arrived at the venue 10 minutes early. We only had to que for a couple of minutes and then went straight in.

If you are considering going:

I advice that you take a packed lunch with you or at least a bottle of water as they do not have a cafe there!

We ended our play date out at Pizza Hut!

Over all it was a fun day Sunday, the aquarium followed by food = a great play date!

Here is my vlog of our day:

Kidzania has still been my favourite day trip out with the kids so far this year 🤗 I’m wondering if I’ll find anything to top that..hmm I will try lol here is a link to my Kidzania review incase you missed it!
